Udokan Copper production engineers achieve higher rate of copper recovery

Pilot testing of a special selective flotation reagent that promises to boost the amount of copper recovered from ore by more than 1% of the design parameters and increase the total copper output has been successfully completed at the pilot plant of the Udokan Mining and Metallurgical Plant. The company’s production engineers achieved a consistently high copper recovery rate of 87.9% from the ore at the bulk flotation stage.

Udokan Copper receives first BelAZ dump trucks for industrial mining

Udokan Copper, the developer of Russia’s largest and one of the world’s biggest copper deposits, has received the first batch of 136-tonne BelAZ dump trucks as it prepares to begin industrial copper mining. The company will also consider using electric hybrid trucks in the future to reduce emissions during the works.

Graffiti Park To Be Created at Novaya Chara Village of Kalarsky District

Works have started in Novaya Chara to create a series of murals - monumental graffiti on the facades of buildings. In total, artists will decorate four apartment buildings in the largest settlement of the district. The work is being carried out with the support of Udokan Copper.
